With over a decade of executive leadership, including roles as Executive Director and Company Commander in the U.S. Army, Douglas excels in strategic planning, operations management, and team building. His expertise in federal contracting, real estate acquisitions exceeding $250M, and intelligence operations drives FacialDx’s innovative growth. As a proven leader, he spearheaded multimillion-dollar cost-saving initiatives and managed diverse, high-performance teams across sensitive environments. Holding an MS in Real Estate Finance and an MA in Business Management and Leadership, Douglas combines analytical rigor with business acumen to advance FacialDx’s mission of revolutionizing diagnostic technology.

He is leading the development team for the FacialDX AI portal app. Don has led product and service innovation across various industries, including systems integration, VoIP telecom, and purpose-built Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) apps for global clients such as Sodexho, Siemens, Cisco, Delta Air Lines, Hilton, Bloomberg, CBS News, Sears Brand Central, and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. His projects for Kellogg engaged 19 U.S. and 8 Latin American universities, including Harvard, Yale, Stanford, the University of Mexico, and the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
Don’s international trade experience spans the U.S., Europe, Africa, and Latin America—managing ventures such as a Chilean growers’ co-op to import fruit into the U.S. and a poultry project in Nigeria, engaging the University of Illinois School of Agriculture. Strategic alliances have included the Nigerian Federal Government, Sinclair Oil, Thyssen AG, and Standard Oil.
