Aaron is also the Founder and CEO of EmotionTrac, an AI-driven research platform that leverages facial expression analysis to provide powerful insights into audience emotions.

Linda met Dr. Todd in 1984, and within months, they realized they shared a passion to help others heal. For the first 33 years, she managed Dr. Todd’s private practice. What he studied, she studied. From basic nutrition to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), acupuncture, and all aspects of restorative medicine, she was by his side. Whatever he committed to professionally, she’s been his right-hand, his writer, messenger, and made his “big ideas” a reality. She continues managing all aspects of Dr. Todd’s life’s work. They genuinely believe that food is medicine, and together, they founded SHAPE ReClaimed, a national program transforming health from the inside out by shining a spotlight on the negative eating habits that contribute to common health challenges. Linda and Dr. Todd believe God has ordered their steps for the past four decades and has set a mission before them: As long as they have breath, they are committed to making a positive difference in prevention and early detection in every aspect of healthcare.  

Legal Counsel and Advisor

Partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough David is an experienced partner with a demonstrated history of working in corporate law. He focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and securities, including IPOs, public offerings, venture capital financing, and private placements. He has experience representing startup companies, assisting with their corporate structure and seed financing, as well as representing mature companies in public offerings, acquisitions, and divestitures, with a particular interest in life sciences, technology, and alternative energy.

 Human Resources & Office Manager 

Samantha, a service-disabled Veteran with multiple campaigns and honorable decorations, serves as the Human Resources and Office Manager at FacialDx. With a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, she leverages her expertise to enhance organizational efficiency and team dynamics. Renowned for her exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, Samantha is a cornerstone of the company. Her extensive experience as an executive manager across multiple organizations, combined with her academic background, enables her to streamline operations and foster a dynamic workplace culture. Praised by the CEO and CTO as one of the finest managers they've worked with, Samantha’s military-honed discipline and vibrant leadership energize FacialDx, making her an indispensable asset.

A U.S. Coast Guard veteran (1968-71). John is a seasoned business executive and advisor with a long history of building, managing, and growing successful companies across multiple industries. 

John’s career spans leadership roles in insurance, hospitality, real estate development, retail, warehousing, and Native American tribal partnerships. He spent 23 years at Prudential, rising from district agent to district manager and ultimately leading a team of 57 people. After Prudential, he successfully owned and operated several Best Western hotels, overseeing all aspects of general management and successful business development. 

He later formed a joint venture with the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa to build and operate a hotel and conference center. John ran the business, developed tribal talent to assume operations, and oversaw a successful transition upon the property’s sale. His proven success led to consulting roles with the Leech Lake and Mole Lake tribes, where he helped build and launch new hotel and conference center ventures.

In real estate, John partnered with a group of investors to develop 1,200 acres on Harris Lake, contributing strategic oversight and planning. The project achieved a 300% return on investment. He also owned and sold Minocqua Yamaha, served as a partner and director of Save A Lot Grocery, and currently owns and manages Zell Warehousing—a commercial property that has generated consistent annual profits for over four decades.

John specializes in management, mentoring, and financial strategy. He is known for his goal-oriented leadership style, practical business sense, and ability to empower teams. His broad experience in launching, running, and advising businesses gives him a strong foundation to support early-stage ventures like Facial DX in bringing innovative products to market.

CEO, SHARx. Corey is a healthcare innovator with a 20+ year track record of building solutions that improve access and affordability.

He began his career at a large insurance company before launching his own benefits practice, where he specialized in self-funded health plans that gave employers greater control and employees better access to care.

Motivated by a deep belief that the healthcare system should serve people and not profit from their needs, Corey founded SHARx in 2017 to challenge rising drug costs and improve access to high-cost medications.

Known for his relentless drive, Corey is energized by complex challenges and inspired by the opportunity to create lasting, meaningful change in healthcare.

CGO, SHARx. Paul Pruitt is a seasoned healthcare executive with deep expertise in pharmacy procurement strategy and operational leadership.

He began his career in 2007 at the employee benefits firm where he played a key role in its growth and success, serving as both COO and CFO. Paul’s professional expertise became deeply personal when two of his children were diagnosed with a rare orphan disease—an experience that deepened his commitment to transforming access to high-cost medications. 

Paul is a cofounder of SHARx which is a company that works to creating a better way of providing access and affordability for high-cost and specialty medications.

At SHARx, Paul brings unmatched insight and dedication to ensuring members receive white-glove support while pushing for a more transparent, affordable healthcare system. His passion is rooted in both personal experience and a belief that every American deserves a fair price for life-saving treatments.
